My fiancée and I initially chose Bical Auto Mall solely for convenience (it’s close to our home, and we were specifically looking for a Cadillac). Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the deale for convenience (it’s close to our home, and we were specifically looking for a Cadillac). Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the dealership’s reviews beforehand, which turned out to be a major oversight. When my fiancée had some free time to visit the dealership on her own to browse vehicles, I agreed, knowing that while dealerships sometimes mark up prices for women, they usually offer courteous service. That was not the case here. She was assisted by Charles Albanese, who was rude, dismissive, and rushed her through the visit, even saying he had to leave. She didn’t get the chance to properly inspect the vehicle or ask the questions we had prepared together. She came home upset and hurt by how she was treated. I returned to the dealership the following Saturday to get clarity. Charles Albanese had already left, so I initially spoke with Jamil Quaiser, who offered little assistance. Eventually, I was helped by Mr. Andrei McKenzie, who was by far the most professional and respectful person we encountered at Bical. Thanks to his service, I felt comfortable enough to have my fiancée return and work with him directly. In the end, we purchased a vehicle with cash for $34,000. However, the dealership did absolutely nothing to add value to the sale (no discounts, no full tank of gas, no complimentary services (which most Cadillac dealers provide for the first year), and not even a proper detailing of the car). Although we appreciated Mr. McKenzie's professionalism, I cannot recommend this dealership. Our overall experience reflects the many one-star reviews already posted. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. More

I contacted numerous dealers looking for the particular car I wanted without any luck. I was able to find the vehicle at Bical auto mall but was concerned about using Bical as they are located 1.5 hrs from car I wanted without any luck. I was so comfortable with Andrei and the fact the car was brand new I started the buying process over the phone without physically seeing the car which is out of the norm for me. All paperwork was completed before I even stepped foot in the dealership. On arrival at the dealership Andrei had the car waiting for us and ready to take it on a test drive as agreed. We completed that and spent about 1/2 hr with the finance dept. Once done, Andrei spent close to 2 hrs fully reviewing the car with us and making sure everything was set up for us from OnStar to the my Cadillac app and all onboard apps. Ensuring that both my wife and I were comfortable with the car. I have bought numerous cars from dealerships both used and new. I must say Andrei and Bical offered the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a new gm or Cadillac I highly recommend you take a look at Bical and ask for Andrei McKenzie as the sales rep. You will not be disappointed. More
