this was a terrible experience. Brendan was nice but had no follow up. I called over 10 times to find out when my license plate was arriving and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. i finall Brendan was nice but had no follow up. It is Dec 3 and my temp expired and I couldnt drive. WORST SERVICE EVER AND I WILL NEVER RETURN. More

Sales team (Russian guy) was inexperienced, Angel the mgr was outstanding. Finance agent was totally out of line, talked about everything but the loan, he kept talking to my friend who came with me, explain was outstanding. Finance agent was totally out of line, talked about everything but the loan, he kept talking to my friend who came with me, explaining my loan to him, not me... he constantly had to remind him that it's not his loan, should be talking to the customer, not her friend... outrageous! Got a bad car loan too, excellent credit rating should give me better than 10% loan interest, will refinance asap... what a pain! More

Upon arrival, Andrei was able to turn that around. Not only was he extremely patient and knowledgeable, but he did everything in his power to ensure I felt confident with my purchase. Andrei will go above and beyond every step of the way - from greeting you at the door to the moment you drive off the lot. I also had the absolute pleasure of working with Marcos. In the home stretch, Marcos worked his magic with the numbers and made the paperwork a breeze.
