Sales team (Russian guy) was inexperienced, Angel the mgr was outstanding. Finance agent was totally out of line, talked about everything but the loan, he kept talking to my friend who came with me, explain was outstanding. Got a bad car loan too, excellent credit rating should give me better than 10% loan interest, will refinance asap... what a pain! More
