This is the first car I have bought at Volvo Cars Lisle. I had a wonderful experience. I met Ethan Moss when I first stopped in to see some of the new colors for 2026. He was kind of enough to take me around and show me the different colors. Next I came in to test drive a car. During the process Ethan checked in on me regularly, and kept me informed on what was happening. I knew what I wanted, and Ethan and Andreas made it happen. I really appreciate the understanding and kindness everyone at Volvo Cars Lisle showed me throughout the process!! More

I can't say enough about our latest buying a vehicle from Volvo Lilse. I worked with both Ashley and Andreas and they were extremely professional and patient with us. We had a challenging situation in that we were unsure what we were looking. We initially purchased a certified used car but quickly decided that it was not the right fit for our needs. Ashley and Andreas helped us through the decision making process and eventually found us the vehicle that fit our needs. They were especially patient and transparent with us during the negotiation process. Our only stress was our own in being comfortable with our decision. We love our new XC90 and are thankful for our experience with the dealership. More

Had been to a lot of other dealers recently. Brad was professional and efficient. Andreas was the same and so was Howar. Everyone was efficient yet laid back.
