The dealership was so calm and it really was a seamless and good experience. I felt listened to and very respected and I did 3/4 of the process by myself. I usually feel manipulated and taken advantage of and I did not here. The finance person, Howar, was incredible too. So friendly and personable. Again, no pressure and very informative of the process and quick. He and my husband hit it off great! Thank you Volvo of Lisle! You made this process pleasant for me and that is not easy to do. More
