They treat you so much more than a number. Everytime I needed to schedule a routine service call, it was quick and easy. When I had resolvable challenges with my vehicle, Scott Gafforini took the time to really listen to my conerns. The on site wait time is the mist close to accuracy I have ever experienced from a dealership. I believe that I would return to purchase or lease another vehicle. More

After a disappointing visit to Findlay Toyota I called Fletcher Jones Toyota. I'd had a good experience with Fletcher Jones doing body work on my 2006 Toyota Prius after an accident. I had a date expire Fletcher Jones Toyota. I'd had a good experience with Fletcher Jones doing body work on my 2006 Toyota Prius after an accident. I had a date expired prepaid service coupon for my 55,000 mile service on my Prius, which was an oil change and rotating tires. I didn't need that because I'd just had it done at Costco. I called Fletcher Jones to see if they would give me a discount given my prepaid coupon. I spoke to Andrea Ruggles and after she checked with the service manager, told me that they would do the work for half price, around $25. I made an appointment, went in and was greeted by Andrea and introduced to the service advisor who would be helping me. At Findlay Toyota, they overfilled my oil 80% of the time, so I mentioned that to the service advisor who assured me that they would not overfill it. The dealership is pleasant and my car was done in an hour. It had been washed and when I checked, the oil had not been overfilled. Fletcher Jones has a new customer. I will never go back to Findlay. More

When i came to buy my new tacoma from flecher, my old truck had a shell on it. My new tacoma did not at the time, i told the sales person i was to transport a rescued german shepard to california in th truck had a shell on it. My new tacoma did not at the time, i told the sales person i was to transport a rescued german shepard to california in the mourning and would need my old truck with the shell to do this. they told me to go to the rental dept,. and we will pay for a van to transport the dog,. I was amazed their is no way any other dealership would go to this trouble unless they to are animal lovers like my self. everyone at flether jones toyota were amazing , Im acustomer for life , Thank you all . ps. the shepard is doing fine on a 5 acre ranch with rabbits to chase and other dogs to play with . More

I had a great experience at Fletcher Jones Toyota! From the moment my husband and I walked in to the moment we drove away in my new car, we were treated with respect and kindness. Our sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. She understood our needs and didn't try any sleazy sales tactics on us. We know we got a fair price on our car, and I look forward to the new owner party and the monthly customer appreciation c washes. The dealership is pristine and comfortable - and they even have car-shaped sprinkles for the hot chocolate in the showroom cafe. Best car-shopping experience I've ever had! More
