Treasure Coast Lexus is by far the best dealership that we and our friends have ever dealt with. The staff makes everyone feel as if we are a family member. Each Treasure Coast Associate makes every guest feel wanted and, more importantly, valued. Our friends, who do business at this dealership have recently echoed the exact same sentiments. They too feel valued and exhibit the same high level of professionalism and satisfaction that we have all experienced! There has never been an instance where my wife and I have ever walked away feeling any disappointment. There are not enough superlatives to thank Mr. Woods for the exemplary treatment we experience each and every time we visit this outstanding dealership. My wife and I have never had a more positive and wonderful experience each and every time we visit Treasure Coast Lexus. We have been clients for over 11 years and it will continue! Friendly and helpful. Michael Klein was obliging but not pushy. I actually went to the dealership for help in retrieving my fob that had fallen in between my front armre Michael Klein was obliging but not pushy. I actually went to the dealership for help in retrieving my fob that had fallen in between my front armrest and front seat. Two employees quickly found my fob. I had waited in the guest waiting room, saw Mike and engaged in conversation. I asked about the possibility of buying out my lease. He was so very nice and helpful, I decided to purchase my car. He was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork done guiding me through the process. He made sure I understood what was involved. I also appreciated the complimentary car wash. N B. I have found every dealership an adversarial experience. When it comes to service in most cases they were average to uncaring. Treasure Coast and Paul are the exception.
