The process took several months and she never stopped being accessible and was always willing to update me on any car that I showed an interest in. The best part is that she was not pushy or overbearing, but seemed to reach out just enough to keep me engaged even when I wasn’t certain that I would even end up purchasing. Even after the sale, she kept in touch and was able to assist with a small repair that I needed. It is truly rare for a sales person to stay involved and ensure that the entire experience remains positive.
