Right from the moment you walk into this dealership you are treated like a valued customer. I was immediately asked if I had pre-arranged an appointment or was already working with a sales agent. I had actually made an appointment using their website chat function which was very efficient and easy. I was about 5 minutes away from the dealership and was able to get an appointment in an hour. Andre was the sales agent I was paired with. He was welcoming and quickly answered my questions. I had already done a lot of research and test drove the vehicle I was interested and therefore was pleasantly surprised to have a sales agent who quickly realized this and streamlined the whole process. Andre presented me with a competitive offer on the sale of the vehicle as well as on my trade in vehicle. He showed me the vehicle, and was very knowledgeable about it's features (the other dealerships were not very familiar with EV vehicles). The sales manager, David Miller introduced himself and offered to answer any questions. I wasn't prepared to complete the deal on my first visit. I was extremely impressed with how they were not pushy or sale oriented. It was a comfortable interaction. They thanked me for coming in. And asked if I were to find a more competitive offer to please give them the opportunity to earn my business. And that is just what happened and what they did. We communicated via phone and text the following days and came to a very competitive deal that was tailored to what I wanted (down even to options for aftermarket upgrades on the new vehicle). This was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. More

Andre was very attentive and he listened to what I wanted and worked really hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. He was knowledgeable about the car, and is a good teacher. He and worked really hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford.
