From start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had with a new vehicle lease/purchase. I'm on bedrest and having a hard time physically and asked to be contacted only by email or text and requ ever had with a new vehicle lease/purchase. I'm on bedrest and having a hard time physically and asked to be contacted only by email or text and requested specific detailed information so that my physical interactions could be kept to a minimum. Susan was the only sales person I reached out to (out of half a dozen dealerships) that adhered to all of my wishes. She made my experience AMAZING! The dealership had a playroom and kept an eye out for my little kids while my husband did the test drive and gave feedback to me via facetime. It was so helpful to not have to physically stress myself out. I have never had such a fantastic experience car buying. More

Purchasing process poor- the salesperson changed at the last minute - 3 days before we were to pick up the car, price changed, car inadequately prepped ( things like plastic still on console, seat covers n last minute - 3 days before we were to pick up the car, price changed, car inadequately prepped ( things like plastic still on console, seat covers not properly installed and came off on first drive home , took racks left in parts and not accessible by the salesperson. etc) . We had to wait a very long time to pay for the car with the business person , got way too much pressure to buy all the dealer add on plans and almost no time spent on going over the car before we left- even though not our first Subaru, it had features not present on our other Subaru and we had no idea how to get the car added to our my Subaru app or starlink features set up. When we purchased our first Subaru the salesperson went over every feature of the vehicle- The dealership appeared too busy to accommodate the clients that were there and seemed to favor walk ins over someone who had already purchased a car and were trying to get it delivered. More
