This dealership is really my 1st real experience actually conducting business with a dealership, and sense I have found myself trusting there service and advice when it comes to my vehicles. The dealership so far we've had no issues. However the service advisor I had was nice up until I asked for an update on my vehicle warranty that we paid for. Then her demeanor and wording went However the service advisor I had was nice up until I asked for an update on my vehicle warranty that we paid for. Then her demeanor and wording went left fast. As if I insulted her by asking. Then proceeded to say my child "yanked" the pulley off the 2nd row seat. Btw GMC designed the cloth pulley to be pulled in order to get out of the 3rd row. Quote for $2k. I asked for the manager who was more polite than Victoria, and she mumbled something while going to get him. Very unprofessional. More

I expressed to Roger that me and Rossana were not connecting during the sale with in the first 10-15 mins. Also that she lacked communication skills and salesmanship. I was told they would try to get connecting during the sale with in the first 10-15 mins. Also that she lacked communication skills and salesmanship. I was told they would try to get me someone else but never did in fact do that. After sitting there for over three hours and nothing moving forward with the deal nor any of my questions being answered I left. To return the following day after many conversation over the phone. Now demanding my questions and concerns be answered. After doing so I agreed to com back under the condition I could sign and drive in a timely manner. After saying they could have it ready I returned the next morning to close the deal. I was impressed with them having the paperwork ready to go and taking minutes to be done. Then I sat there for another 30-40 minutes waiting for my now new truck to be ready for me to leave. Even though I drove an hour and a half away and they knew the day before I was coming they chose not to have it detailed and ready when I got there. The sales woman I dealt with lack interpersonal skills and knowledge of the product she was selling. She couldn’t answer any of my questions or concerns about the vehicle or the warranty and had to keep leaving to ask others. Then to return 20-30 minutes later with partial information or none at all. Overall I would not recommend this dealer to friends and family. They also were not willing to negotiate there vehicle price what so ever. Also stated they would give me 20 grand for my trade over the phone and then wouldn’t give me more than 18,500 when I got there in person. Stating it was an error that the other person I spoke to had made a mistake yet refused to honor what they had offered. The other salesman I spoke to even stated the number I was given was low and they typically pay even more. The classic bait and switch. For my troubles I was offered 500 more for my trade which is what brought me to 18,500. Also then they list my truck on their site 48 hours later for 27 grand even though I was told countless times I was even luck to get the 18,500 they gave me. I will say I did speak to Andre briefly and was told he was sorry he was busy and would have came if he could have. He was nice and personable I wish I had him to start with maybe this interaction wouldn’t have been as horrible as it was. One of my worst car buying experiences and have owned approximately 12-15 cars all bought from dealers. More
