Anatoliy was great to work with and made the purchase experience great. The only issue I have had is the AcuraLink does not work to remote start my car. Great service from our salesman, Anatoliy. However, we received terrible service from the representative who came over to discuss financial information. He was rude, didn't listen to our conce However, we received terrible service from the representative who came over to discuss financial information. He was rude, didn't listen to our concerns, and failed to answer our questions. In fact, he dismissed a very straightforward question about offers by quoting clearly internal verbiage either to confuse or to avoid answering the question. Both my wife and I were dismayed by his lack of concern, especially after receiving such great service from Anatoliy. The pictures below are too small to tell who the financial guy was, so I'm not able to mark the stars, but I hope this message makes it to this person's superior to deal with it accordingly. I can't imagine this is the first complaint this person has received from customers. More
