Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. Their appointment system is excellent. This dealer has a seamless maintenance process. Got there an hour early; no worries they still checked me in immediately. They have a well oiled system where areas of their maintenance process is integrated and customer interface was comprehensive. They have two customer waiting lounge’s which serves a variety of free coffee and donuts plus free internet while your car is being worked on. They have numerous staff and garage maintenance facilities to handle vehicles like a well run factory. Great customer service. I highly recommend Toyota of North Austin! More

It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. That was too long. I was charged way more than advertised. I didn’t like the pressure to spend more money on other than oil change.
