I have been buying cars at Lexus of Sarasota for years and, obviously, am very happy with the dealership and the people there. Everyone from Ana Lima, my salesperson to Matt Lingerfelt, the finance guy t and, obviously, am very happy with the dealership and the people there. Everyone from Ana Lima, my salesperson to Matt Lingerfelt, the finance guy to Jason Peters in the service department…. all excellent and an asset to the dealership!!! And, of course, the free car wash, the cookies and the lovely lady who prepares them and the drinks are all a part of the excellent experience at Lexus of Sarasota! Keep it up, especially Jason Peters, and I ‘ll never go anywhere else. More

My initial experience was good. I then returned to test drive and was sold on the car I chose, but had to fly out the next day. When I returned, I tried to connect with my sales p I then returned to test drive and was sold on the car I chose, but had to fly out the next day. When I returned, I tried to connect with my sales person, but he wasn't returning my attempts at communication. I was puzzled but it was the second time this happened with this person. I finally contacted the dealership management and they aligned me with Ana, obvioulsy one of their best. When I came in, I was treated like a VIP. From that point on, they treat you like a VIP and part of an exclusive Lexus Club . Even after the sale, Ana has followed up with me to ensure my customer experience is going as I had hoped and to see if there is anything she can assist with. More
