I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Chantilly’s service department. My experiences with them has been excellent and I commend them for standing behind their work. Although in most cases repairs are service department. My experiences with them has been excellent and I commend them for standing behind their work. Although in most cases repairs are done right the first time, I recently encountered an issue that needed to be readdressed. Rather than the service team denying accountability, they extended the offer to make it right without hesitation, and no extra charge. In doing so, I was given a loaner car until all repairs were complete and I was satisfied with the work done. I haven’t had any issues since. That level of integrity and transparency is a model that other dealerships should follow. Specifically, I’d like commend my service advisor, Anna, and the service manager, Kevin for keeping me in loop during the repairs and assuring me that any and all related issues will be resolved promptly. I could not have asked for better service and will highly recommend and refer them to anyone needing automotive service and repair. Keep up the great work Anna, Kevin and the service department team. More

I made an appointment a week before the date I wanted my car serviced. I dropped the car off on the day of the appointment, a Tuesday, and was told the car might not get into the shop that day. Later learned the car wouldn’t get into that week. The car was finally looked at the next Wednesday, eight days after I dropped it off. It was a further week before my car was done. Why would you make an appointment when your shop was too busy took on the car? More
