Explorer sat at Hall for 8 DAYS: WITHOUT FULL DIAGNOSIS, NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer NO PARTS ORDERED, ASSIGNED TECH WORKING OTHER REPAIRS, DENIED "LOANERS" DURING ALL 3 TURBO REPAIRS THEY'VE DONE, SINCE MAY 2024, & our 2018 Explorer would have sat, FORGOTTEN & NEGLECTED, for WEEKS LONGER, if I hadn't taken up MY TIME to WALK IN & ask WHY AREN'T OUR EMAILS, & THE VOICE MESSAGES WE'VE LEFT, BEING REPLIED TO!!! AND, 3RD turbo replacement was, actually, the 2ND replacement for the right side turbo, all because the OIL FILTER WAS NOT REPLACED in May, only the 6QUARTS of FRESH OIL WAS POURED INTO THE ENGINE... I was told "some old parts are reused", but reusing a DIRTY, CLOGGED UP OIL FILTER is just plain LAZY &CHEAP!!! $9000-$10,000 in repair work, in LESS THEN 6MONTHS, & we're being ignored... More

I bought my first Mustang GT yesterday and Mr. Shope made the experience so easy and stress-free. My bank made some hiccups, and he swung into action and took care of everything. I have a 2020 F150. I took it in for routine maintenance 3 days ago. Yesterday I discovered that the lens on the back of my passenger side tow mirror was cracked(broke). I immediately tried calling the serv 3 days ago. Yesterday I discovered that the lens on the back of my passenger side tow mirror was cracked(broke). I immediately tried calling the service manager Amy....no answer of course.....left a detailed message....no call back. This lens was NOT broke before I took in for maintenance. Because I have tow mirrors I'm sure whoever drove it into the bay hit something!!! I will say the lady that checked me in was awesome and very pleasant!!! I can not believe that leadership will not address a problem!!! This might be due to the fact that I have a maintenance package and therefore Ford is already getting my money. I can't express my anger and disappointment!!! Now I'm sure I will be stuck getting this fixed and finding a different facility to get my maintenance done. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! More

Great Salesman, Service Dept Needs Overhaul I had an absolutely amazing experience with Taylor. He streamlined the process and made purchasing the vehicle easy and affordable and was straight with me. However, a few months later when service came due, it just became a nightmare. Certain computer logs weren't reset after altering them, splash guards underneath were broken, warranty work was something they wanted me to pay for to have a diagnostic run AFTER telling me the problem was warranty based. I hated that I was talked down to. Took my service elsewhere. Again Taylor is great, I'd buy from him in a heartbeat again. But I won't have service done at the dealership. More

We received a funny personalized video from Paul that we appreciated. Sales manager (KJ), finance and service/parts department girls were great too where we bought a Mustang T and a hat to match. We live in Jacksonville over 2 hours a way but didn't mind the drive at all. KJ's call before we left to come test drive sealed the deal. Great car with service, condition, and price being exactly what we wanted! Wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again if needed. More
