I dont recall Nicole worked with Amy. Amy was great! Did not like the upsell session with finance guy. He kept telling monthly payments when i stated i was only interested in total cost. Amy was great! Did not like the upsell session with finance guy. He kept telling monthly payments when i stated i was only interested in total cost. Then he haggled me into sell me things at lower prices and make a offer. Would appreciate just getting best price and be done. When the haggling starts i lose all trust in dealership. If it was not for Amy being so nice and truck being exactly what i wanted i would have walked out of deal. More

I was very happy with the service from Amy and Heiser Chevrolet. I had a car that died and we needed to replace it. Amy and company were up to the challenge and were very patient in working with us. It was frustrating to supposedly need things done/changed they said. Have to trust them but it can be hard when it comes with huge price tag-only good thing is they found rebates that significantly decreased they said.
