Freddie Munns was superb in handling a deal from me. 290 miles from his Herlong Ford dealership. I had the best car buying experience! It was great working with Wayne and their excellent well-organized team that did everything right from the beginning to the end. I was searching for a particular working with Wayne and their excellent well-organized team that did everything right from the beginning to the end. I was searching for a particular vehicle that I wanted and searched across the entire country to find it. I found the vehicle I wanted at Herlong Ford in which they’re located 2,800 miles away from me, and their service has been spectacular from the start. To begin with, since they’re located far away, they did an excellent job with detailed description about the vehicle and great photos so I knew exactly what I was buying. When I called to ask about the availability, Wayne, the sales person gathered EVERYTHING that I have requested about the vehicle. Usually when I request about the vehicle, there’s usually one or two things that would go wrong, but not with Wayne. He knew that I was very particular of how I would like to get every detail about the vehicle as he knew that I would be buying unseen. He even did Facetime with me to do a walk through and he would do a test drive of the vehicle so I would know everything about the vehicle. Then, he outlined the entire process to me and whenever I had any questions, he would be very responsive and would get back to me right away. I was very concerned buying a vehicle 2,800 miles away unseen, but working with Wayne and his team made that concern go away. I can’t thank enough for having Wayne as my salesperson as I really appreciate everything he did to make this the best purchasing experience! More
