I was not happy to learn that I would have to make the first month's payment right away. That meant I had to come up with more than my down payment. This is my first time leasing and I was not aware the first payment was due at signing. I wish Jon Golm (I think that's his name) would have communicated that to me when we were working the numbers toward a better monthly payment. I felt a little pressured by Jon to say yes, although he did say I could walk away if I needed to. With a few extras my monthly payment is now over my budgeted amount by $6. Contacting Honda of Kenosha by phone has not been easy. I have questions about the mileage limits and I haven't found answers on the dealership website. Is email a better way to communicate with the dealership? Overall everyone at Honda of Kenosha we're very friendly. I really like the car, too. More
