My experience was OK, I do feel I was bamboozled with
services added on that I didn't feel I had a choice in, but they were explained to me by one of the managers, Nate, who was nice and tried to explain

Like the etching/anti-theft, which I understand. 3 days after my the purchase though a check-engine light came on and I scheduled to get it looked at but was told a couple days later that I would have to go to an Audi dealer to have the problem checked, which is fine, but I wished it would've been communicated at the time of scheduling.
