After some research, I became interested in the X2 xDrive28i and Ron was very attentive to the features I requested upon test driving the model. He truly did the impossible—locating a vehicle with my EXACT specifications out-of-state and coordinating a dealer-dealer trade to get it! Ron kept me informed throughout the entire process, and when I went to finalize the purchase, even surprised me with all-weather mats as a warm welcome to the BMW community! I am so happy with my new vehicle; I still cannot believe my dream car became a reality, and I cannot thank Ron enough for his unending service and support!! More
