The process of buying a car was smooth, without any pressure from the dealer. Pre-arrival contact by email s was efficient. When I saw the early "hype" about the 2025 Camry, I knew I had to have one. I went to IGH Toyota in early April and ran into Perry Smulders, Sales Consultant. We discussed the various Camry models and opt I had to have one. I went to IGH Toyota in early April and ran into Perry Smulders, Sales Consultant. We discussed the various Camry models and options, as well as information about when the cars would be available. About a week later, Perry called me and "suggested" that if I REALLY wanted a Camry, I should come in and get my name (with deposit) on the list. I was able to tell him the Specifics of what I was after. About ten days later, he called and told me that my name was on a car scheduled for early production, and it would probably be at the dealership at the end of July. Surprise, Surprise--in early June he called and said the car would arrive mid-to-late June. I picked it up on June 14th. Perry was great about answering delivery questions, Jenny was great about helping me add a couple of options to my car. Tim was great at taking care of the paperwork and financial stuff. Aminah was great at connecting my cellphone to the new car. I LOVE my new car and REALLY appreciate the help I got from Everyone at IGH Toyota!!~ More
