Service staff was extremely courteous. Came in for service (B1) on my Accord and was given expected wait time. They came in 20 minutes sooner! When an appointment is scheduled & confirmed, please be sure you have the proper lift available to accommodate the service/vehicle. I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change for a Ford F-150. sure you have the proper lift available to accommodate the service/vehicle. I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change for a Ford F-150. This vehicle has been in for service on several occasions, and we never had this issue. When I initially arrived the service tech advised that the appointment should take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. After that time had lapsed, she should have advised that the appointment would take much longer and offer accommodation for a ride or a loaner car, etc. but when she kept coming to the waiting room to tend to another waiting customer, she would simply walk by me and say "It should be done in about 15 - 20 minutes" ~ when another 90 minutes went by! Again, the entire appointment took 3 hours!!! More

The service team at Piazza Honda in Reading is simply the best. I normally work with Amelia, who is always quick to get back to me and simply a pleasure to do business with. But their whole customer facing s best. I normally work with Amelia, who is always quick to get back to me and simply a pleasure to do business with. But their whole customer facing service team is great…friendly, knowledgeable, and honest too. A true rarity in today’s world. They add a value to the whole experience, so much so that I hope I don’t have to go anywhere else. More
