I learned that the car industry has changed drastically, for the better, since my last Ford purchase 13 years ago. It started with Sabrina Marchelli being honest and providing an answer to every question I sent via e-mail. If it had not been for her complete honesty with me from the beginning, I probably would have never stepped foot in the door. From there I reached the floor and was greeted immediately by Taylor Phillips who had all of my e-mails in my created file. Taylor was so polite and friendly as she led me to Ambrose Orlando, who again, greeted me with a smile, handshake and total respect and professionalism. We started going into the beginning of a potential business deal. I couldn't have felt more comfortable with everyone and everything so far. As we discussed possibilities John Celesk joined us and introduced himself. Another excellent member of their staff. After agreeing on a superb deal, I met with Gary Sbordone to put the finishing touches on a great visit. All of the above mentioned staff should be awarded certificates of the highest regard, for their extreme efforts to make my visit and eventual lease signing, the most pleasant and happy experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Ambrose and Abby helped me locate the truck I was looking for, a very specific Platinum model Ford F-150, and John Celesk was extremely helpful and professional throughout the purchase process. Gary was extremely professional and explained everything through the financing process. There was even a small ding on the New truck that Kelly Ford had taken care of in their body shop while they got the inspection sticker completed for the truck. I walked into Thomas Ford knowing what I wanted, color, style, and everything else both times I went there. Ambie sold me my first car, and I just needed to go back to get another car from them after my 1st car got totaled in a bad accident in November. Tony/Ambie sold me my second car. Tony did most of the work, but Ambie was the reason I came back. Gary is the financial guy and he really knows his stuff. Unlike other dealerships these people are not a pain in the xxx, and the import they give actually helps you the customer out. They tell you how it is.
