Wrong Car We bought a Jeep Patriot. It was advertised as an Altitude trim package. After we bought the car and signed the paperwork, our insurance agent let us We bought a Jeep Patriot. It was advertised as an Altitude trim package. After we bought the car and signed the paperwork, our insurance agent let us know it was a Sport trim (the lowest trim). I went back and looked at the paperwork which did state the trim was a sport, however, when you’re signing paperwork if you don’t look carefully, you can get taken advantage of which is what happened at this dealership. More

Between her and the fiancee manager they bent over backwards to get us approved with the banks at a great rate! We went in wanting a 2016 Malibu but ended up with a 2016 Chevy Cruze with 5 miles on it and it even had the metallic black paint!
