I won't return. I showed up to my 9am appointment made a month in advance for oil undercoating and the mechanic wasn't there. I told them I was traveling almost two hours from another state. It ended up being a big waste of time as I had to leave to NH Oil Undercoating and then come back after the HVAC head unit part replaced the same day didn't fix my rear defrosters. They said they could have continued to work on the rear defroster but would take until 5pm, my appointment was at 9am. More

This group in the service department clearly took advantage of me. I only needed power steering fluid in my truck, but instead they told me that my truck was leaking which was a lie!! So therefore the hose was replaced after four days. So what should have cost 5:00 dollars, ended up costing 255:00 dollars!!!!!!!!! More
