I appreciate the Service advisor suggested using coupons and keep me informed of the work being done on my truck. Not pleased with salesmen or used car manager told me we will take care of you bought a 2019 jeep wrangler with 9400 miles on it test drove it bought it the next day my wife drove it on 81 and almost got ru will take care of you bought a 2019 jeep wrangler with 9400 miles on it test drove it bought it the next day my wife drove it on 81 and almost got run over when she hit a bump in the road it has a death wobble so bad its all over the road called the salesman and he told me call service then talked to the sales manager about taking it back and buying something else and he said the same thing then would not accept responsibility for fixing it Amber did get it in under the extra warranty I did buy then found out the parts are on backorder and the dealer does not have any idea when they will be available and also have over 500 vehicles ahead of me waiting on the same part so needless to say I have a vehicle setting in my driveway that i cannot drive other than around town for fear of getting hit when it goes into the wobble which it did on the way home from their shop and still have to make payments on it so no I am not very happy with them They did not even say sorry More

My Battery Died ! I got towed to CRISWELL. On my arrival I was pleased to learn my Battery was still under Warranty. CRISWELL put in a new Battery ASAP and there was I got towed to CRISWELL. It doesn't take 90 minutes to change the oil on a vehicle. Asked to see the manager last time to see about getting a refund on the other 18 oil changes. No call back (3 calls/messages). Truck had vehicle. Asked to see the manager last time to see about getting a refund on the other 18 oil changes. No call back (3 calls/messages). Truck had damage when I bought it (air dam), found on first oil change; dealer employees denied it was there. Just sick of the s#^t. No different anywhere else either. More
