I have nothing positive to say. It took me over a month to get my truck into the shop I told them i feel like all they were doing is having me put miles on my truck till they wouldn It took me over a month to get my truck into the shop I told them i feel like all they were doing is having me put miles on my truck till they wouldn’t have to cover any costs for my repairs. Then to top it off they were contacting my father which has passed away and leaving him messages and he had nothing to do with my loan More

I hear crickets. Tires were rotated. Lost 2 ctr caps on passenger side. Called dealership. Left message for manager to call me! No response. Service tech clearly did not put them on correctly! Your dealership should replace them or you will. Ot be on my radar when I trade in this 2019, 2500 ram with under 40000 miles on it! It looks horrible with 2 car caps missing!!!!! I am beyond ticked at not only losing them, but no one caring there!!!
