Shouldn’t be told i can wait for my vehicle to be serviced and then when i get there they tell me they only allow drop offs unless it’s an oil change. I would have been more prepared. Purchased a 250 dollar detail. My truck still had sand on seats and smudges on dashboard. They lost a drain plug. Still waiting for a replacement. It’s over 2 weeks later.
