My oil change was prompt. I was waiting in the Grille area, but my service agent texted my husbands phone to say my car was finished. I had inquired about getting replacement pieces for the roller cover area, but my service agent texted my husbands phone to say my car was finished. When my car was done, she told me she had forgotten to do that. My service agent and I believe the head of service along with me went out to my jeep to look at the parts that were needed. Neither could give me an answer. My service agent is supposed to look into it and get back to me. So we will see what happens. More
