I recently purchased a 2023 Ford explorer limited from Kelly Ford. Over all the experience was easy and laid back. My salesman Fernando was above reproach. The sales manager Mohammed, gave me an amazing deal on my trade, took care of all the administrative paperwork and provided a very professional experience. From start to finish the entire process took less than 2 hours. I say that because I came in at 7pm when the banks were closed. The next morning I was called at 8:15am to some sign and by 9am I drove off in my new SUV. Amanda who is the internet sales manager handled my call had me in the showroom and greeted me with a huge smile. Very professional. All on all, I was and am very pleased with the entire process More
