Amanda’s customer-service (on the day I brought in my Maxima for maintenance) was exceptional. Ive had a couple disappointing experiences at other Nissan dealerships in past couple years, and actually made my way up to this Nissan (despite living in downtown Atlanta) hoping that I find a better experience regarding customer service. IAfter working with Amanda, I didnt have any doubts or regrets about driving the distance to Holly Springs to get my vehicle serviced - all because Amanda provided an exemplary experience that made me feel confident that I was in good hands with the team and capabilities of Cherokee Nissan. Working with Amanda made me feel confident that I will return to Cherokee in the future for return business (definitely for continued maintenance on my existing Maxima butneven possibly new lease/purchases when I am in the market for a new car). I hope her leadership sees and recognizes the value she seems to be bringing to the dealership’s business. As a Side note: the dealership was clean, flashy, modern, and comfortable to wait in while my car was being serviced. My only recommendation/consideration is to have a stocked snack offering - beyond just coffee- that customers can grab food from. As a type one diabetic, I was a little nervous that my blood sugars were gonna drop while waiting (as I ended up waiting for a few hours for my car appointment and that was a bit longer than expected - but I understood since I moved up my appt last minute). Investing in a vending machine in waiting room would be inline with what other dealerships have in ATL. (When I asked Amanda if there was any vending options (without disclosing anything about my diabetes) she offered to get a ride for me to the Walmart or a restaurant in the surrounding area - which I really appreciated! (but declined since my blood sugars remained stable). Just wanted to highlight this last example of her outstanding service.) More
