I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!! More

My first encounter with Mr Rua was about cd's and rates, I didn't know I was in a bank. My next encounter was I told him 5 time not interested in 8 year fix plan . Then I was shown a bill with $2500 added in that I had not agreed to. Then Mr Rua badgered me about when was I going to pickup truck. I really liked car, but not the way I was treaed, More

I made an appt to test drive a car and they didn’t bother to check to see if it was sold. Then they offer an alternative car that (after filling out all the paperwork) turns out was already sold. Then they f to check to see if it was sold. Then they offer an alternative car that (after filling out all the paperwork) turns out was already sold. Then they find another car that was more money to sell me. Could be all bad luck but felt like manipulation. Then, the sales manager comes back for 30 seconds throws a bunch of numbers at me and rushes off (no chance to haggle there). I was already there for 3 hours at this point. They kept blaming my wait on a “new system”. Then, when I pick up my car I get the hard sell on a warranty. They never said it was an extra 5 grand! You expect a certain amount of manipulation when buying a car but the whole experience was frustrating. Either way, i would not recommend dealing with them. I was contacted by Lindsey Harden who graciously listened to my whole story and made no excuses for what happened. She took responsibility and I believe that although she cannot change the past- she can use feedback like mine to help others going forward. I’m upping my rating to 3 stars based on her alone and recommend that if you get into a situation like mine- ask for Lindsey. More
