A very friendly and professional staff set in a comfortable and welcoming facility. The accommodations offered are appropriate and generous. I am always pleased with my vehicle purchases here because the Sales/ F&I department do all the heavy lifting! Car buying made easy and painless- and the Service department makes it a pleasure to return time and again for oil changes and absolutely anything I ever need to keep my Jeep running at peek performance. My dog, Fiona, is always treated like royalty here as well, which, of course, is huge to me. At Bournival Jeep, we are always treated like family. More

Bournival’s customer service is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful and if you can’t stay while your car is getting serviced they give you a ride. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car will operate safely and that I got it back quickly. I tell everyone that they should go there for Jeeps!! More

I can't speak to the Sales side, but the Service Department seems to have a lot of problems. If you want to talk to someone who sounds like they hate their job, talk anyone in the Service Departmen Department seems to have a lot of problems. If you want to talk to someone who sounds like they hate their job, talk anyone in the Service Department. Scheduled and dropped my Cherokee off twice to get work done. Both times, I received a call around noon to say they couldn't do the work that day but they would try to get it done in the next couple of days. There are too many other Jeep dealers around for them to provide such poor service. More
