The first part they installed was defective. So that forced us to bring the car in a second time. On the second occasion I was given an estimated delivery of a Friday afternoon. That move to Mon So that forced us to bring the car in a second time. On the second occasion I was given an estimated delivery of a Friday afternoon. That move to Monday because a technician had to come in late for some reason. I can understand that. But then at the end of the day Monday I was not informed until I called and then was told that it might possibly be done by Tuesday. Eventually it was done by Tuesday but the communication and delivery was poor. On the first occasion, when I picked up the car, I walked into the garage and there was someone sitting behind one of the desks staring at his phone who didn't even bother to greet me. He did not appear to be one of the people who normally would, but I would train my staff always to greet people and tell them that somebody would be right with them. It took a good 5 to 10 minutes before anybody showed up to actually let me pick up my car. I'm really rather disappointed in your service department More
