She quickly scheduled me for the soonest available appointment and made sure all my concerns were addressed. When I arrived at the dealership, Amanda greeted me right away, took my keys, and kept me updated while my vehicle was being diagnosed. She clearly explained the issue and the cost of the repair, which I approved. To my surprise and delight, Amanda arranged a courtesy vehicle for me while my car was being serviced—a gesture I truly appreciated. Amanda’s friendly attitude, clear communication, and outstanding customer service turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. She went above and beyond.
