Lied to me about my vehicles features to make the sale. Didn't know it was a lie until 3 years later, when I attempted to replace my EV battery and told this is not possible unless it's broken. Took vehicle back for service, including a recall last week. Technician drove my car into the garage and it spent a week at the body shop. Bad experience each time I decide to give them my trust. I just got another recall notice in the mail. Planning to travel to another county to a different dealership toavoid this place.
