I brought my Outback in to replace a seriously damaged tire. I had called in to confirm my reservation for service but was then told, incorrectly that I was wrong and that my appointment was really an ho tire. I was confirmed to be correct but perhaps out spite was still made to wait for more than an hour for a 15 minute procedure. This is my 3rd Subaru Outback and probably my last based on this service experience. More
