I always have a great experience with Subaru Brattleboro. Amanda, Morgan and Jordan are extremely helpful and respectful and get out of their way to help. I have owned several Subarus and have always bought them and had them serviced in Brattleboro. Amanda's great. Jordan's great. So obviously I appreciate the good quality and the good service. Service Department front staff is always excellent; cordial and explain what service was or will be done. Alas, seems techs could do better job of multi point inspections. Citing just one example: we'v cordial and explain what service was or will be done. Alas, seems techs could do better job of multi point inspections. Citing just one example: we've realized techs were not accurately adjusting tire pressure to vehicle specs & we had to leave pressure our of two tires after last visit. Initially thought it was a one off from recent appointment but upon looking at prior service reports, could see they repeatedly did not accurately list factory spec PSI for front vs back tires. Hope this improves going forward. More
