Alex was great to work with. He was very friendly, helpful and stayed late to walk us through the car. As for the dealership itself, I have mixed reactions. I was a little disappointed with the Finance person, who could be a little more courteous. It seemed as though she did not like being asked questions. I was also surprised, at how the dealership treated after making the payment. Typically, dealers hand you a folder with all documentation, explain you everything, give a swag or gift (optional) etc...basically they make you feel good, as you bought a car from them. Here, at Luther, the finance person stashed all the papers in an envelope and that was it....Not that I care for their swag or gift, just that I felt very odd the way they did it. More
