With the help of Aline Almeida and Santos Cruzado I was able to pick up my new used car in a day.. They both went over and above to make sure I was able to get it. I am so very appreciative for all they did for me.. I will definately tell anyone I know to shop at Imperial cars in Mendon. They even decorated it with a big red bow and balloons. The minute I arriv I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arrived, I was welcomed by Ms. Aline Almedia and went over the car I could see myself in and also my budget. Once we went over that, we went to the lot to look at a few options where I was then introduced to Mr. Santos Cruzado. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars that I was interested in and showed me the 2016 Chevy Cruze that I fell in love with after the test drive. Then we went inside where I was then introduced to the sales manager, Mr. Bruce D'Ambra. We went over the cars I was interested in and my budget and he was able to get me the best possible deal that fell well into my budget, I even had the option to add in a sunroof and Bose sound system and still be able to afford it! After that, I met with the finance manager, Michael Walsh Jr., where he clearly explained everything to me page by page so I knew what I was signing for and also paying for. Overall, the experience I had at Imperial was great and the team work within this company really made me feel taken care of and that my needs (and wants), were top priority. More

A no pressure buying experience I wanted a new "red" Tahoe and found it on auto trader and carguru !! I called ahead and was greeted at the door. The salesman was very nice and the car was in the showroom !I knew what I wanted and after a brief meeting with the sales manager "Tim" we had a deal.This was on Friday and I had to come back Saturday to pick the car up and pay for it .(100 miles away). On Saturday the car was all preped and ready to go !! But I had to go through the busines manager and this can get nasty when you do not buy an additonal program.Omar was friendly,humorous and courteous. More

I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time vis My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2006 Pontiac G6 and worked with Kyle Ives. I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time visiting) Imperial. Kyle Ives spent a lot of time with us making sure we got the car that was exactly right for us, never pressuring us and looking for a car that was exactly in our budget. Prior to my visit I have to also thank Santos Cruzado for always emailing me new listing and seeing how my car search was going. The floor management Tim Donohue was also great! My fiancé made some request to look at the car on the lift and he made it happen. Omar Ihjul, in finance, was just amazing and I felt like I was in very good hands when working with him. I felt like they really cared about our situation and was willing to do whatever humanly possible to make it happen. I truly appreciate all of their efforts; these people are a HUGE asset to your company. I am happy to say I am now a promoter of this dealership and will tell everyone I know about Kyles, Santos, Tim and Omar! Thank you once again and I love my car!! More

Kyle made it quick and painless Kyle is by far the most genuine person I have ever found in sales at a car dealership. He was helpful, fair and not in the slightest bit pushy. I bought a used Volt that that was advertised online. First I inquired by email and was contacted by a very friendly man named Santos who scheduled my visit. Then I drove a distance to see the car and upon arrival I met Kyle had two comparable options ready and waiting for me to drive. He walked me through the variables and we agreed on terms with no haggling over a bag of popcorn. The finance dept was very efficient and got me a great rate. At any dealer I would suggest you know what you want and don't want for add ons (extended warranties etc) because it is the finance man's job to sell those at then end. I only wanted the tire package and that's what I got. In the past I have had dealers pull bait and switch antics figuring you won't notice. Not at Imperial. They walked me through each charge. Once we were all wrapped up, Kyle actually delivered the car to me over an hour away. This was not a new car or high dollar value sale so that was really going the extra mile.. Overall I would say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend you call Kyle at Imperial if you want excellent service and a fair price from a nice person. - WOW; never thought I would say that about a car salesman:) More

An OK experience I bought a used car and was not happy with two situations. One, I signed a purchase agreement that stated there would be no "imperial cars" emblem on I bought a used car and was not happy with two situations. One, I signed a purchase agreement that stated there would be no "imperial cars" emblem on the back BUT they put it on any way and was not responsive to take off. Two, the car had no manual. I was promised one but getting one was turning into a hassle. The good news: the management (Tim and Santos) heard my complaint and fixed everything for me very quickly. More
