The very nice lady in the service department met me at the door and I told her I had appointment at 2 o'clock to get m I was in a out for my service. My Trax was recently in the shop for engine problem and other mechanical problems, and the mechanic did a great job on the repairing; it drives like new now and the A/C is working great. Amanda was my serv other mechanical problems, and the mechanic did a great job on the repairing; it drives like new now and the A/C is working great. Amanda was my service advisor and she is very knowledgeable and responsive. My car was in the shop for a while and she kept me informed via texts. A day after I picked up my car I also got a follow-up call from Rosa to see how my car was running. The waiting area is always very clean and comfortable, and the service team truly makes me feel like family when I walk in and get greeted by everyone. I am a very satisfied customer at Five Star Chevrolet and I highly recommend getting your Chevy serviced at this dealership! More
