it was a disaster as I was not informed that the car had problems and that it did not have extended warranty. They made me buy one which will not pay for the repairs. When I went back to return the car they problems and that it did not have extended warranty. They made me buy one which will not pay for the repairs. When I went back to return the car they did not accept,and at first refused to cancel the extended warranty. Finally they promised to cancel the extended warranty but up to this moment I did not receive a confirmation that the process of cancellation was initialized. That is the treatments I received at Subaru Fairfield. I am very disappointed. I am still waiting for a contact to at least say that the extended warranty cancellation is being processed. I trust many people read this so that they will not fall into the same trap. The right and lawful thing would have been to receive the car back....because that is the honest and correct manner to treas a customer More
