The buying process was amazing and the easiest I have ever experienced when buying a car. Very quickly Alyssa gained my trust, and I really appreciated how she communicated with me. 90% of our communic ever experienced when buying a car. Very quickly Alyssa gained my trust, and I really appreciated how she communicated with me. 90% of our communications were via text and the first time I actually heard her voice was when I came into the dealership to reserve my 2023 CR-V. She was very upfront with the out the door price and didn't play any of the typical xxxxxxxx games other sales people play. Every interaction with Alyssa, either by text or in person, was very professional. The one thing I noticed about conversing via text was that texting cuts through emotion and personality and forces the sales person to be very direct. However, I did text with other sales people at other dealerships and their ploy was to pressure me into coming to the dealership or speaking with them on the phone before I had all the information I wanted. Like I said previously, Alyssa did not play that game. She gave me everything I needed, made me feel comfortable, and then I made an appointment with her to come in and start the buying process. There was NO pressure from her. If there was a class on how to sell a car in the modern digital age, Alyssa could write the curriculum and teach it. More
