Alysssa picked up my car and returned it and kept in touch with me; very nice and professional. No work was done at this time, a part was ordered. The car most likely got to the service center by 10 a.m touch with me; very nice and professional. No work was done at this time, a part was ordered. The car most likely got to the service center by 10 a.m.; at 2 p.m., I finally called and left a message with Jairo about what was happening since I knew they could do no work until I okayed it. Seems to me 4 hours is too long. The part will take 7-10 days, which I feel is unacceptable as it could be flown here in 2 days or so. I'm driving with the service engine light on, hoping it will last until the part arrives. More

I had an 8am appointment, but my car wasn’t serviced until 930am and completed until 10am for an oil change and inspection. I inquired as to why it took so long for my car to be seen and was told it wa until 930am and completed until 10am for an oil change and inspection. I inquired as to why it took so long for my car to be seen and was told it was first come first serve. I pointed out that I had an appointment, and Matthew informed said that didn’t matter. Clearly, there is a misunderstanding of what an”appointment” is at this service center. Otherwise, everything else was handled perfectly and I was satisfied with the result, but won’t likely return due to the “appointment” policy. More

Had my car in shop. One of the things I asked for was to check rear passenger tire as it was continually losing air. They belatedly checked it and said they couldn't fin One of the things I asked for was to check rear passenger tire as it was continually losing air. They belatedly checked it and said they couldn't find anything but that they didn't have a tire immersion sink to test for leaks, perhaps I should go to America's Tire and ask them to take a look (the car was in for other service) I purchased these tires from Rsvl Infinity in October 2023. So, I drive off and several miles later the tire pressure shows to be 27 lbs. They hadn't even put air in the tire. I called immediately, but you can neve get a service rep, only the voice mail of a person that I'm not even working with. I was told to bring in car at 9AM so that it would be ready by 1PM. It was reedy at 3:30PM and the tire had not been looked at. That was another half hour. This was Thursday. It's now Saturday and no one has called me back. Guess I'll go to America's Tire. I have had 2 QX 60's since 2015. I have previously been pleased with service dept. I NEVER take my car any where else, so it doesn't feel good to leave this negative review. More

Micah was wonderful! Extremely communicative and sensitive to my need for my car. He explained the repairs/services rendered well and patiently answered all inquiries.
