customer relations is not a priority. I purchased a new car and there are issues now including an alarm going off even though I have my seat belt on. My radio continues to go in and out. You haven’t gotten my trim for my NEW car. My rear passenger door continues to not close the first time and the paint is two colors around the hatchback. More

I have always been treated with respect and courtesy at Clement Hyundai. The service department had me in and out in reasonable time even though I arrived early for my appointment. I appreciated the fact that the dealership was able to fit me in without an appointment and was able to replace the tires on my car within a day. However, when I was picking up my car the attitude I recei fit me in without an appointment and was able to replace the tires on my car within a day. However, when I was picking up my car the attitude I received from Alyssa was outrageous. I know that I was frustrated about the situation but I went in for one tire and was told that if I didn’t replace all 4 of my tires ($1500) my AWD system could cause the transmission in my 2023 Palisade to fail and it wouldn’t be covered under any warranty. So of course I was frustrated, who wouldn’t be? The way Alyssa spoke to me was completely unacceptable and I am almost willing to break my warranty just to avoid her and the dealership in the future. More

I was constantly talked to as if i had no clue about anything…I was never asked to take a ride or had an opportunity to talk with the person who work on my vehicle. When my vehicle was returned (with mu anything…I was never asked to take a ride or had an opportunity to talk with the person who work on my vehicle. When my vehicle was returned (with mud all over it) I was told can get that off. It appeared that no one looked at oil…it was almost 2000 miles over the 7500 miles range. More
