you missed your appointment and we worked it in the next day without an appointment so how is that not good customer relations and not a priority since we got the car in without an appointment and put you ahead of the others that did have an appointment. we ordered the trim panel your talking about and once it arrives we will install it we are waiting on the manufacture to sent the part. we can not get any of this issues your describing to happen when the car was here we have pictures and video documentation that was sent to hyundai. you walked the car before you bought it and the paint was the way it was yet now your complaining about. we did not paint the car but again have reached out to the manufacturer on the new car since we do not paint them to see what they will do to help you. Frances, Thank you for the feedback I will speak with the team about your experience. I did want to make sure we cleared some things up with your complaint. We do record every call that comes into the dealership and while we understand your frustration with buying an all wheel drive car that was your choice not ours and if you did not understand that during your purchase we are sorry. We only want to make sure you are safe when your on the road and if you didn't replace them all the 1500 tire purchase could have turned into a 8000 transmission purchase or a 2500 differential purchase so please understand we do not want to be the bad guy but we have to let you know what your potentially doing by declining the 4 tires. Tires are a wearable item and not covered buy warranty. We also went out of our way to shuttle you home and that is outside of our shuttle area but still did it to go above and beyond for our customers. Paulette, I wanted to try and clear things up here. I wanted to make sure we are on the same page. You had an appointment for Tuesday that you over slept for and we worked you in on Wednesday without an appointment and without question to make sure we took care of you. I spoke with your sales person and he said you have a few concerns about a door not opening we checked and it opens and closed without issues, the car has 8473 miles on it and you have a 1k grace period from Hyundai so the oil was due to be changed at 7500 and you are with in the range to get the oil covered under the maintenance plan. I'm sorry we do not have a car wash at this location but if you ever have an issue we will be glad to give it a wash in the porter bay its not just a normal service we do on every car its per request. I hope this clears things up for you as the trim piece you had an issue with is on order from Hyundai and once it comes in we will get you taken care of, its not a part we stock so it has to come direct from the manufacture.
