Marc worked very well with us on the purchase of our new vehicle and would deal with Marc again. It was a tough deal to work seeing that I was a disgruntled customer getting out of a lease on a 2003 High Co vehicle and would deal with Marc again. It was a tough deal to work seeing that I was a disgruntled customer getting out of a lease on a 2003 High Country that was a Chevrolet issue not, Mohawk Chevrolet. On another note, I was not happy with the Service Department at all!!! I won't get into the exact specifics of the problem but they need to work on the communication lines with the customer. One instance, I took the truck in to have a scratch repaired that happened in Mohawk's repair shop. I was asked about a loaner because they were having issues scheduling loaners at that time. I inquired how long the truck would be tied up and was told 2 days!! I told them we didn't need a loaner and could get by for 2 days without it. One week into the repair I had heard nothing from service. I left a message and received a call from Alyssa. The truck had not been completed and was still at the off-premise repair shop. I inquired about how much longer it would be and she stated she wasn't sure but would check and let me know. After several days of hearing nothing I called back and spoke to Alyssa again, she stated she would contact them now. Later that afternoon I received a call from a "Robert" who stated it wouldn't be done until at least Monday (3 weeks in). At the end, we purchased a new vehicle and never took possession of the High Country again. Definitely need to keep customers informed about their vehicles and respond as they say they will. More

Brought my truck in for allignment. Allignment rack stopped functioning during service. Other techs were deep into a job on the other rack. Last minute issue with something in my tire. I did not have an appointment, but the team was able to get me right in and addressed the issue. Located the problem and quickly resolved it to get I did not have an appointment, but the team was able to get me right in and addressed the issue. Located the problem and quickly resolved it to get me back on my way. Mohawk is great about keeping you in the loop of what is needed to repair your vehicle. I already have two vehicles from Mohawk, and I do not foresee going anywhere else when I need another. Thank you everyone for the support. More

Jay has been very helpful. Mohawk Chevrolet on the other hand has not. They got me a truck when I really needed one quickly. But when it comes to service, it is a fight to get things done. I was told once before by a service lady that something was not covered by the warranty that I purchased. When I brought in the warranty to show that the item was covered, I was told that I would that I would have to have someone else other than Mohawk do the work. 2 years later, Jay saw the issue and agreed with me that the issue was in fact covered and took care of the problem. Also, getting my service schedule has been challenging. When I call to schedule a service, I am told they have to check with the people who order and schedule the service and would have to call me back. This has happened several times, as recently as two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the call back. I normally do not do reviews, especially anything negative. I do not know how to make known the issues I have run into. Hopefully this review goes to the owner. More
