While browsing the lot and in hopes that we could get a reliable used car, Krys approached us in the most respectful manner, he was not pushy like other sales people that we encountered at other places that discouraged us from wanting to continue looking. At first we were looking into buying as well as test drove a used vehicle. After sitting down and discussing what our options were Krys came back stating that we are able to get into a BRAND NEW Toyota!!! After signing for a lease, we came in the following Monday to sign the rest of the papers to take home our NEW 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross, we were informed not only are we able to finance the car, but also dropped our monthly payments by over 200 DOLLARS!!! ! Krys and Allison were absolutely the kindest and most sincere people we have ever dealt with at a dealership. Krys went above and beyond by communicating on each step that he took and continues taking and made our experience less stressful. We will most certainly be coming back to buy from them again in the future!!
