I went to the Lancaster location with a specific list of options because of a disability and Alvonte made this a great experience even though there was nothing in the area meeting our needs. I found my unicorn! I had specific requests in regard to my Bronco. Found one at a dealer where they couldn't get it transferred and it was sold. They actually came to my house to see my vehicles and brought a new Explorer for me to test drive ! Talk about customer service.....everyone that I spoke to was professional and courteous. The main man, Jason, was so easy to deal with. Always returning my calls and answering my questions and meeting my demands. The sales manager, Damien, who came to my home was awesome.
