I have leased/purchased vehicles from Bob Maxey since 1980 and never had a bad experience until recently. In October 2024, I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair which is supposed to be certified. Certific 1980 and never had a bad experience until recently. In October 2024, I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair which is supposed to be certified. Certification means that the vehicle has been inspected and all needed repairs completed. In November, I returned to the dealership because the remote starter didn't work. A service member charged the battery to no avail. This vehicle is again at this dealership to be repaired. It sat for 4 days with no work performed. The following week, repairs have still not been performed. It's very disappointing to write this review, however, I believe that Certification should be true and actual. Today is March 6, 2025 and I was given a very nice loaner to drive while I wait for repair work to be performed. It's my hope that my next review will be totally positive. More

Service experience was great. Service from salesperson is awful. No follow up at all. Call him several times never at his desk. Never called to see if I had any problems or questions regarding the vehicle. Even after I mention to him several times that I left Star Lincoln because I never heard from my salesman after I purchased the car. I guess I’m not spending enough money with you guys. I don’t know what the problem is. More
