Issue with my power driver seat slippage back/forth during driving operation of vehicle, service still haven’t responded back with a repair to the internal components, instead focus on the seat bracket during driving operation of vehicle, service still haven’t responded back with a repair to the internal components, instead focus on the seat brackets bolt down in which is not the issues any other vehicles of th same year and type that I have sat in. Customer service is terrible here. Dropped my car off to be worked on, received numerous calls typically back to back with no voice mail at all. I call back and say I have missed calls Dropped my car off to be worked on, received numerous calls typically back to back with no voice mail at all. I call back and say I have missed calls from this number only to be asked who are you looking for and what department.. great question.. Finally I get ahold of service they have found the issue with my vehicle it’ll be X amount more to fix it over the general inspection and diagnostic. Was asked if I authorize the purchase and the cost. I agreed to have them order the part. Was told it would be in the next day. 3 hours later received a phone call back saying actually a technician looked at your vehicle and it’s not what we thought it’s actually something else. It’ll be 7 times the cost of what we just told you. You shouldn’t call a customer tell them you found out what’s wrong with the vehicle get authorization to order parts for it then call them back to tell them an actual technician looked at your vehicle and it’s not what we guessed it was.. who looked at my vehicle the first time? I asked about the condition of the vehicle and what other inspections they did so I don’t feel robbed for the inspection and terrible diagnostics I’d be charged for. Was told you have new tires they look great. Wow fabulous job guys above and beyond you noticed i had brand new tires. I would not recommend this place for service to anyone More
