Saleswoman, Alondra Munoz, got me into the car I wanted. No haggling back and forth, completely transparent, and proactive. Resourceful, kind, and professional. Trey the Finance Manager, although I sure No haggling back and forth, completely transparent, and proactive. Resourceful, kind, and professional. Trey the Finance Manager, although I surely disappointed them all for prioritizing myself and ensuring I got the car/price I wanted, was excellent. Incredible energy, knowledgeable, and easy going. My experience was smooth and efficient. Thank you Alondra, Trey, and Showcase Honda. More

Even the Cedric is the best sales rep ive ever met. Really friendly guy. Down to earth. No xx. Someone u invite to your BBQ. Highly recommend Cedric. Even the other sales guys outside were pretty cool and i wasnt even their customer. The only reason I give honda showcase a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is becasue when I test drove the car I couldnt tell. The Rotors were warped bc of the highway rough road. I didnt really notice. But the real reason I took 1 star is because when i brought it back to get it fixed they test drove and tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I had to insist to double check it and it ended up being warped. And luckily they fixed it More

This was NOT a pleasant experience. I came to look at a very specific car. Our car died last week, so I'm actively looking. I had three people walk by without even saying hello! One walked within 10 feet of me and sat down at his desk. Another walked by me twice and completely ignored me (I guess they don't believe older women buy cars!) I just stood there waiting for someone to come up to me. Finally, Nicholas (impeccable, 5 stars!) asked me. I said I'd like help. He was busy, so he asked someone else to help me. That guy passed me off onto a woman in used cars. When she approached me, it seemed like she was annoyed to be dealing with me. After waiting so long and being treated disrespectfully, while I came here to buy a car, to again be dissed (I imagine she didn't think so), soured me. Maybe she felt that. But she didn't smile, barely shook my hand, seemed uninterested. Without giving me much eye contact, she walked me to her desk and wanted me to sit and give info. I said I just want to look at one car. She asked if I was going to buy a car tonight (less than an hour before closing). I said I had to buy a car but I also had to have a mechanic check it out. She took no information from me. It took 15 minutes for them to find the key! She barely talked to me on test drive, played with her phone the whole time, didn't ask me questions, didn't sympathize that our car had died. No customer service or sales connection. (Could use her and everyone there, except Nicholas!, as horrible examples of how to treat customers, in my customer service workshops.) The car drove smooth, but had some major rattling (I thought it was something rolling around in the back (it wasn't); she suggested it was the roof rack (it wasn't). While I turned right about 8 times, on two of those we both heard an issue on the driver's side in tires or something. She said she didn’t know but was quite disinterested. She did call her manager over and asked him. I get it, neither are mechanics, but their lack of empathy and interest was astounding. They said it would be checked the next day (but as she hadn’t taken my number, how would she contact me?). As I was leaving, Nicholas again walked by and we chatted for 5 minutes. I would ONLY do business with him. He was attentive, listened, asked questions, created rapport — all great characteristics of an appropriate salesperson and customer service rep. He also said it sounded like wheel bearing or tie rod or something like that. I agree. PS Willie, who answered my call when I called that day but who wasn’t in when I came, called and checked with me today about would I like to proceed. Great followup. More
